Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders will be processed for fulfillment within 24
business hours of receipt unless received after 12:00PM CST,
in which case they will be processed the following business
day (Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business,
out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. ComputerEmporium.net will make every attempt to meet
shipping deadlines). Please note that our warehouse does not
ship on Weekends and Holidays.
Q: Will I be able to Track my package once my
order is shipped?
A: Yes. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will
receive an email with directions on how to track where your
package is during its shipment. Once your order has been
shipped, you can always track your package by clicking the
"Track Package" tab located at the top of every page. From
there, you will just need to enter your Six Digit Order
Number in the UPS Order Number Field provided and click
"Track".
Q: I've tried to Track my package but no real
information is coming up or it appears to be invalid. What
do I do?
A: Please wait a few hours after you receive your Tracking
email as it may take UPS sometime to be fully updated. If
you received a Tracking email, your order has been shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you can always track your
package by clicking the "Track Package" tab located at the
top of every page. From there, you will just need to enter
your Six Digit Order Number in the UPS Order Number Field
provided and click "Track".
Q: How long will my package take to get to me?
A: Once an order has been processed, the Continental U.S.
Transit Days are as follows:

arrival date for your package. If you are shipping your
order to an address other than your billing address, you may

Q: How much is shipping? And can I calculate
shipping costs?
A: Shipping is automatically calculated by taking into
account the weight of the item(s) being shipped and the
destination of the package. The best way to figure out what
the shipping costs would be is to just place the item(s) in
your shopping cart and start the check out process. Enter in
the correct ship to information and on the next page, you
will see the shipping charges. Don't worry, you won't have
to enter in any billing info at this stage. You may press
"Back" in your browser and modify your order accordingly.
Q: Do you ship to APO and FPO Military Addresses?
And how do you ship to APO and FPO Military Addresses?
A: Yes, we gladly support our troops. Since our system
cannot calculate shipping charges to APO and FPO addresses,
we will notify you of the USPS Priority Mail shipping
charges in a separate email after you receive your order
confirmation email. Please note that we will not charge your
credit card until you agree with the shipping charges by
replying to that email. Please note that we are unable to
ship LCD TVs, Monitors, and Projectors to APO/FPO addresses.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Free Shipping to APO
and FPO Military Addresses Orders. APO and FPO Military
Addresses Orders will be notified of shipping charges in a
separate email.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
A: Yes we do. Unfortunately UPS is unable to ship via 3 Day
Select to Hawaii and Alaska. Next Day, 2nd Day and Ground
Service are the only available shipping methods. Please be
sure to select Next Day, 2nd Day and Ground Service when
selection the shipping method to prevent any delays in
shipping your order. Free Shipping is currently not
available for Alaska and Hawaii. Any orders with Free
Shipping Items to Hawaii or Alaska will be sent a separate
email with the shipping quotes.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: ComputerEmporium.net accepts international orders from
Canada and Puerto Rico. Orders shipped to addresses outside
the continental U.S. will be notified of shipping charges in
a separate email; ComputerEmporium.net will not ship orders
without customers' agreement on shipping options and/or
charges. Orders shipped to addresses outside the continental
U.S. will be subject to higher shipping & insurance rates,
as well as applicable customs, duties, and taxes. All such
expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders
sent to addresses outside the U.S. will be shipped via UPS
Insured freight. Other common international carriers may be
used, however, all arrangements and applicable fees will be
the responsibility of the customer and to the satisfaction
of ComputerEmporium.net. Any and all transactions must be
made in U.S. funds only. ComputerEmporium.net makes no
claims or representations regarding warranties,

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Unfortunately, UPS is not able to ship to PO Boxes. A
physical address will be required for all orders. Please
note that if a PO Box is entered into the shipping address,
the order may experience a delay in processing and/or the
package may experience a delay in delivery.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: ComputerEmporium.net accepts all major credit cards
including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make
purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing
address and telephone number (this is the address and phone
number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect
information may cause a delay in processing your order.
Please note that this verification process may result in a
delay of shipment of order or result in the non-availability
of an item. We also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks

Q: What is the Optional Comments Field for?
A: The empty text field found at the bottom of Payment Page
is for any comments or special instructions you may have for
us in regards to your order. Please note that due to the
high volume of orders, these comments or special
instructions may be overlooked. We are unable to guarantee
fulfillment of comments or special instructions entered in
this field. Please also note these comments or special
instructions are not seen by UPS or FedEx personnel.
Q: Can I use more than one coupon code per order?
A: Unfortunately, we can only accept a maximum of One (1)
Coupon Code for each order that is placed with us.
Q: Do you accept Will Call pickups?
A: Currently, we do not have the facilities for local
customers to come by and pick up items but we do hope to be
able to provide this service to our customers soon. Right
now, by placing an order with us though, you are guaranteed
to have your package arrive in speedy manner since our
warehouse is located close to you.
Q: I believe I placed an order but I received no
Order Confirmation or Tracking Number. What do I do?
A: Order confirmations and Tracking information emails are
automatically sent via email. If you did not receive an
email from us, there may be a chance that your email address
was entered in wrong or the email was filtered out of your
Inbox. You can visit our

Page for further assistance.
Q: I received my order but I suspect the item is
defective. What do I do?
A: To ensure that the item truly is defective, please first
contact the manufacturer. Most of the time, they will be
able to supply you with support and provide a solution to
the problem. If a product is truly defective, please see our
Product Returns Information
Section for further assistance.
Q: I received my order but I suspect the item was
physically damaged during shipping. What do I do?
A: Unfortunately, sometimes packages get mishandled during
shipping by the courier resulting in physical damage to the
items. Please hold onto the items and all packing materials
and contact us immediately by visiting our
Contact Us
Page. All physical damage and/or missing parts to items
when received must be reported within 24 hours after the
delivery has been made.

Order cancellations must be processed over the phone with a
service representative to guarantee no delays in the
cancellation as we may not receive your email in time for

been processed may not be eligible for cancellation.

all returned and/or rejected packages even if cancelled. Any
order cancellations are subject to a 15% minimum restocking
fee (up to 30% maximum). Special Order items such as
systems, servers, and server products can not be cancelled
once they are processing.
Free Shipping
We here at ComputerEmporium.net are more than happy to provide our
Valued Customers with Free Shipping on many of the items
that we carry. You will not have to do anything special to
receive our Free Shipping for those particular items as the
shipping costs for those particular items will automatically
be deducted from the final shipping costs of your order. The
Free Shipping method/methods will also be indicated in the
item's description. For example, you will see "Free Ground
Shipping" at the end of our item's description.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Free Shipping to
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO / FPO Military
Shipping Address and International Shipping Addresses.
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO / FPO Military
Shipping Address and International Shipping Address Orders
will be notified of shipping charges in a separate email.
Please note that Free Shipping applies to the particular
item's original order and not to subsequent replacement

Hawaii and Alaska Orders

shipping charges in a separate email after you receive your
order confirmation email. Please note that we will not
charge your credit card until you agree with the shipping

Order Acceptance Policy

receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for
any reason. ComputerEmporium.net reserves the right at any
time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to
you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any
item. We may require additional verification or information

Credit Card Declines
If your credit card is declined during order processing, you
will be notified via Email and/or by telephone. You will
have 7 days in which to contact us with a different credit
card number or alternative payment method. If after 7 days

Verification Address Holds
If you have placed an order with a billing address other
than what your credit card company has on file for you, your
order will be held until we can verify the correct address.
If you are shipping your order to an address other than your
billing address, you may be required to provide further

Sales Tax
Sales Tax will be added to orders shipped to Texas
addresses. For all other States, the purchaser is

email within a few minutes of placing your order. That email
will contain your Order Number and Total Amount. Please send
your payment to "sales@computeremporium.net" through
PayPal's Website for the correct amount and include your
Order Number as a reference in the payment.
ComputerEmporium.net accepts cashier's checks and money
orders issued within the U.S. You must place the order
online, select "Cashier's Check/ Money Order" as the payment
method. After you obtain the order number and receive the
order confirmation email, please purchase a cashier's check
or money order from your bank for the exact amount of the
order and mail the check with a copy of the order
confirmation email to us.
Please make the check payable to "ComputerEmporium.net." We
will ship your products within 1-2 business days after the
check is cleared (normally 5 to 7 business days). Your order
will be canceled if we do not receive your payment in 10
business days. Orders via "Cashier's Check/ Money Order" are
not confirmed until payment is received. Company and
personal checks are accepted, but items will not be shipped
until checks are cleared from bank (normally 5 to 7 business
days). Please note that the check clearing process may
result in a delay of shipment of order or result in the
non-availability of an item.
Status of Orders
Once you have placed your order, you will receive
confirmation via email that your order has been received by
ComputerEmporium.net. Once your order has been shipped, a
Tracking Number will be emailed to you. You can always track
your package once it has been shipped by clicking the "Track
Package" tab located at the top of every page. From there,
you will just need to enter your Six Digit Order Number in
the UPS Order Number Field provided and click "Track". If

Product Returns
All returns must be pre-approved by
applying for
an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). To
accomplish this, please provide the order number and a
description of the issue. Not providing the detailed
information requested will delay the returns process. Any
item returned without applying for an RMA, will be subject
up to a 30% restocking fee. Once your request has been
received, you will be contacted within 3 business days with
an RMA number and instructions for sending back the item(s).
The RMA number, once provided, is valid for 2 weeks only.
You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was
delivered to you, with all components, materials and
documentation. A pro-rated charge will be assessed for items
that are returned incomplete or with non-resalable parts (ie:
missing cables and/or accessories, used fans, and CPU
Coolers). The returned item(s) must be packaged properly.
All returned items will be inspected for physical damage.
Any and all product warranties, guarantees, and RMAs are
void and null if returned item(s) is(are) found to be
physically damaged. All physically damaged items returned to
ComputerEmporium.net will be refused and/or returned at customer's
own costs. All physical damage and/or missing parts to items
when received must be reported within 24 hours after the
delivery has been made.
Please write the RMA number given on the outside of the
shipping box. Any package without a RMA number written on
the outside of the shipping box will be refused. Once we
have received and processed the returned item(s), a
replacement if applicable and/or requested will be shipped
within 3 business days. If you request for a refund, we will
notify you via Email of your refund once we have received
and processed the returned item(s). All shipping costs are
non-refundable (Computer Emporium cannot be held responsible for
shipping costs to send back a defective or non-defective
item back to Computer Emporium). Please allow up to 2 billing cycles
for your credit to be posted to your account.
Defective Product Returns:

Refurbished/Open Box Items Returns:
Refurbished/Open Box Items have been thoroughly Inspected
and Pre-Tested to meet Manufacturer Specifications and are
guaranteed to be sold in good working order. Because these
Refurbished/Open Box Items are Inspected and Pre-Tested, all
Refurbished/Open Box Items are non-refundable and
non-returnable. Though we thoroughly Inspect and Pre-Test
all Refurbished/Open Box Items before they are shipped out,
you the consumer must realize that you are taking a risk
when purchasing Refurbished/Open Box items. All shipping
costs are non-refundable (Computer Emporium cannot be held responsible
for shipping costs to send back a defective or non-defective
item back to Computer Emporium).
Laser Toner Cartridges:
Our cartridges are 100% Quality Guaranteed. Try it out
and if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason
within 14 days from the date of shipping, send it back to us
for a full refund of the purchase price - Used or Not. You
have 90-Days to return any unopened cartridges to us for a
full refund of the purchase price. All shipping costs are
non-refundable (Computer Emporium cannot be held responsible for
shipping costs to send back a defective or non-defective
item back to Computer Emporium).
Ink Cartridges and Refill Kits:
Our cartridges are 100% Quality Guaranteed. Try it out
and if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason
within 14 days from the date of shipping, send it back to us
for a full refund of the purchase price - Used (Ink
Cartridge must contain at least 70% of the original ink to
qualify for return) or Not. You have 90-Days to return any
unopened cartridges to us for a full refund of the purchase
price. All shipping costs are non-refundable (Computer
Emporium cannot
be held responsible for shipping costs to send back a
defective or non-defective item back to Computer Emporium).
Product Warranties
All warranty service for original customer is provided by
ComputerEmporium.net or the manufacturer of the product. The
customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the
warranty location. (Computer Emporium cannot be held responsible for
original shipping costs, warranty shipping costs, and/or
warranty service fees incurred to send back the defective
item to the Manufacturer for replacement). This warranty does
not cover any loss of business, profits, or other
consequential damage, either real or perceived, that may
have resulted from any malfunction of the product. Damage
from natural disasters including but not limited to flood,
lightning strikes, earthquake is not covered by this
warranty. Any mis-handling, mis-use or dropping is not
covered by this warranty. This warranty is also void if
ComputerEmporium.net determines that the product has been
damaged due to insufficient packaging during any return
shipment. ComputerEmporium.net reserves the right to
determine whether alterations have been made, or damages
caused, by such facts that would serve to void the terms of
this warranty.
14 Day Product Warranty:
ComputerEmporium.net offers a 14 Day (from date of shipment)
replacement policy (replacement for exact same item only)

Projectors, Printers, Blank Media, Software, Hard Drives,
Hard Drive Controller Cards, RAID Controller Cards, NAS/DAS
Devices and Accessories, and Special Order Items are
non-refundable. Please contact Manufacturer regarding
defective CPUs and Software. After the initial 14 Day
Product Warranty, any and all service/warranty for Retail
items is the responsibility of and must be completed by the
Manufacturer of the product. After the initial 14 day
Product Warranty, any and all OEM products sent back to
ComputerEmporium.net for replacement will be subject to
manufacturer's Warranty Service. Warranty Service is not
handled by ComputerEmporium.net. ComputerEmporium.net will
only act as the contact between the customer and the
manufacturer. Manufacturer's Warranty Service may take up to
4 weeks to be processed. Please note this process may take
longer than normal (versus standard customer to manufacturer
warranty service) due to shipping and receiving time
incurred.
30 Day Product Warranty:
ComputerEmporium.net offers a 30 Day (from date of shipment)
replacement or credit policy for defective products

LCD Monitor/TV Product Warranty:
All of our LCD Monitors/TVs are backed by the full
manufacturer warranty. Policies for dead pixels and
replacement and or exchanges are based on specific
manufacturers and any inquiries for dead pixels or
replacement/exchange should be directed toward the specific
manufacturer. Please check with the manufacturer and see
what their policies are prior to purchase. All LCD
Monitors/TVs, Plasma TVs, Projectors, and LCD/Plasma Mounts

Refurbished/Open Box Items
Refurbished/Open Box Items are Open-Boxed items that have
lost their packaging and/or items that have been owned and
returned by owner within 30 Days of purchase.
Refurbished/Open Box Items have been thoroughly Inspected
and Pre-Tested to meet Manufacturer Specifications and are
guaranteed to be sold in good working order. Because these
Refurbished/Open Box Items are Inspected and Pre-Tested, all
Refurbished/Open Box Items are non-refundable and
non-returnable. If found defective within 30 days of
purchase, we will replace with same item only. If same item
is not available, we will accept the return and provide
Store Credit for the purchase price of the item. Though we
thoroughly Inspect and Pre-Test all Refurbished/Open Box
Items before they are shipped out, you the consumer must
realize that you are taking a risk when purchasing
Refurbished/Open Box items. Refurbished/Open Box Items may
contain one or more of the following cosmetic defects:
missing packaging, scratches, rips, tears, stains, and
dents. Refurbished/Open Box Items may also contain missing
parts and/or accessories. Unfortunately, ComputerEmporium.net cannot
supply missing parts and/or accessories even if the missing
part and/or accessory is necessary for the functionality of
the Refurbished/Open Box Item.

products; however; we cannot guarantee that the products

accurate or complete. In the event a product is or has been
listed incorrectly due to errors in product's descriptions,
features, specifications, depictions, and/or pricing,
ComputerEmporium.net shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card
has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
cancelled, ComputerEmporium.net shall immediately issue a
full credit to your credit card account. In the event a
product you received is or has been listed incorrectly due
to errors in product's descriptions, features,
specifications, depictions, and/or pricing,
ComputerEmporium.net shall have the right to replace,
exchange or return the item(s) in question, at our sole
discretion. To be eligible for replacement, exchange, and/or
return, the item(s) in question must be unopened and in
